DonFatherGames.com provides its services to you subject to the following Conditions Of Use ("COU") which include its Privacy Policy, which may be updated by DonFatherGames.com from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the COU at any time on this page. It is your obligation to check our COU and related policies and make yourself aware of any changes that may have been implemented.

Any deletions from, alterations, modifications, or additions to the COU shall not be binding to DonFatherGames.com unless they are expressed in writing and accepted by DonFatherGames.com authorized representative. If you do not agree to abide by our COU then you are not allowed to use this site or any services provided by DonFatherGames.com. If you don't agree to any future changes that may be made to these policies, then your remedy is to discontinue using this site and services provided by DonFatherGames.com.

We DO NOT accept checks

Any missing items or orders not received within 20 days by the purchaser or intended recipient must be reported to Don Father Games

Placing an order does not enter into a contract with Don Father Games until the order is accepted. Don Father Games may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or concerns about payment. Please read the Conditions Of Use for a full explanation of these items.

Privacy & Security Notice

Don Father Games knows that the privacy and security of your information is important to you. We appreciate that you trust us, and we want you to know how well we guard your privacy. By visiting our site, you accept the practices described in this notice.

What information about customers do we store?

Information given to us by you - We keep all information you enter, such as name address, etc.
"Cookies" on your computer - We store a “digital cookie” on your computer so we can keep track of your shopping card order when you are shopping with us. However, to protect your privacy, we do not show any of your account information until you have entered the password you selected when you set up your account. If you, as a user of the site, choose to not accept cookies, this will not prevent you from shopping on our site. However, you will not be able to use the shopping cart. After choosing the items you wish to purchase, you can then either e-mail the order to us, or call us on the phone, or fax us with the list of items you wish to order.
Information on current and past orders - We do store the contents of present and past orders on the website for your personal information. These are not accessible without entering the password you selected when you set up your account.

Who has access to your information?

On our site, only you or people you give your password to can access the information on our site. Our employees have access only to information needed to actually process an order for you, and they go through a rigorous screening process before becoming employed by our company. We do not sell our mailing list (or any information on it) to any other business. We may choose to mail you advertising or information on our products or the products or services of other companies, but we will never allow them access to your information or your name or address.

How secure is the information on the Web site?

All your private information is stored on the site using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. Only the information listed in the section below can be physically seen on our site, and only by yourself or someone else you have given your password to. NOTE: Your credit card is never listed on our site. Even when changing your credit card, only the last 5 digits are ever seen. All our credit card processing is handled by Authorize.net, a world international company authorized by all the major credit card companies to handle confirmation and charging of credit card numbers.

What information can I access?

You can access your account information, your wish list, the contents of your current shopping cart, and your willingness to be on our private e-mail mailing list.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us.

If you wish to remove yourself as a user, you must e-mail customer support with e-mail address, and give us the last 5 digits of your credit card number, and ask to be deleted. We will delete your registration within 2 business days.

If we ever decide to change the way we use your personal information on our site, we will first notify you by e-mail of our intent to change our policy. We use email links located on the Contact Us page, Buying Page, FAQ Page and other informational pages, to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have.

We read every message sent in, and reply to all questions asked within 3 business day. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may (and often have) filed your comments to improve the site and its operations, or to correct mistakes you have pointed out to us. Your personal information is not shared outside the company under any circumstances, unless we first ask and you give us specific permission.
